HOW LONG IS THE HIRE?

Some of our items are 24 hour hire (can be extended at an additional cost) and others are 3 day hire. Each item has the hire range listed in the description.

WHERE ARE YOUR PICK UP LOCATIONS?

Most of our bigger/heavier items must be collected from Ramarama. Other items such as lights, neon signs etc. can be collected from either Ramarama or Papakura.

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT TO SECURE MY DATES?

We require a 25% deposit paid within 5 days from when you receive our booking form. Unfortunately this is a non-refundable deposit as we are holding the item/s and date for you.

HOW MUCH IS THE BOND?

The bond amount changes with each item. This is listed in the description on each of the items pages.

HOW DO I GET MY BOND BACK?

By hiring our items you agree to return it to us in the same condition it was given to you in. Once everything is returned it will be checked over and the bond will be refunded within 2 days.

ARE THERE CANCELLATION CHARGES?

Unfortunately yes. We require 14 days notice if you are wanting to cancel, anything after that will incur a fee (as well as the non-refundable deposit).

DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes we do. Delivery fees start from $50. Send us an enquiry to check our delivery rates.

WHEN DOES THE FINAL PAYMENT NEED TO BE MADE?

We require the remaining balance to be paid 14 days prior to your hire date.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM HIRE AMOUNT?

Yes we have a minimum hire amount of $100.
